Lovas & Tomasetti Architects is a small design oriented firm specializing in quality architecture and interior design. The firms projects range from historically sensitive restorations, seamless additions and renovations to new construction of large or small homes and buildings.  Our clients rely on our experience and talent to create a unique solution for their project. We do not rely on a single architectural precedent or style, preferring to create an architecture that is harmonious with the surrounding context and client desires be it traditional or modern.  The firm’s small size enables us to interpret our client's desires through direct participation and with a hands-on approach in all phases of the design and construction process.  At Lovas & Tomasetti Architects, we are committed to providing each project, large or small, with the utmost in personal, specialized attention.

Nancy A. Lovas began her professional career working under the noted American classicist Allan Greenberg.  During her ten years with Mr. Greenberg, her passion for classical architecture was shaped and it became her professional focus.  In 1999, she spent a year with the New York City firm of Ferguson, Shamamian & Rattner, where she continued practicing classical architecture and further refined her approach to blending historical inspiration and contemporary function.  With over two decades of experience, Ms. Lovas brings to every project the capability and skills to produce historically responsive buildings and environments that are adaptive to modern needs.
